Dear all participants,
This is the Secretariat of  the 19th International Standards Olympiad.


This year, participants from 11 countries visited South Korea, making a record-breaking number compared to all previous contests.
We would like to extend our appreciation to all the participating students and observers who have been part of this long journey.

 

We applaud the teams who achieved outstanding results and won awards in the international finals,
and we send our warmest encouragement to those teams who, unfortunately, just missed out on winning a trophy.

 

The themes for this year's international finals were: 
- High School : Artificial Intelligence (AI) – Guidelines for the Ethical Use of AI Technology
- Middle School : Smart Devices – Methods for Evaluating Voice Recognition Performance.


We hope this competition has provided an opportunity to understand the importance of standards and offered a easy way to get into the standardization.

Also, we hope that this was a time to fully enjoy a globalized festival, where you could engage in conversations with various friends, take memorable photos, and extend your valuable experiences.
